“Where have these 15 years gone?

Many years ago, both myself and Jason were set on a simple idea, to connect people with work and support local business. There was no particular sector we aimed to support, we have placed candidates into a variety of roles including Warehousing, cleaning, admin, logistics, Education and more.

We never would have imagined Staff Direct 4 U would grow into what it is today, supplying thousands of shifts across the West Midlands and becoming a trusted partner to so many companies.

What has always mattered most to us isn’t just the jobs filled, but the people and relationships behind them the clients who put their trust in us, the workers who rely on us, and the community we’re proud to give back to through sponsorships and local initiatives. We also wanted to build something that not only our staff would get a sense of fulfilment from, but something our families would feel proud of.

On that note, we want to raise a glass to a few people:

– Our incredible team, both past and present, who have been the heartbeat of Staff Direct 4 U Without their hard work, commitment, and belief in what we do, none of this would have been possible.

– Our clients, who have trusted us in supporting such a crucial part of their business. We ensure that our relationship with our clients is strong enough to call them partners, as we are all in this together.

– Our candidates, trusting people to find you a perfect role whether already in work or not shows their belief in us and what we are capable of, and we don’t take that lightly.

– The community, one thing we value is giving back to the community that supports us. We take pride in sponsoring local teams, sports people and charity to ensure that we give back to the area we work with

– Our family and friends, which without their support we could not be where we are today as they have been on this rollercoaster ride with us all the way.
